ACPIC 2024 OPSM Competition Full Terms and Conditions

How to enter:
To enter the competition to win a $400 OPSM voucher, the entrant must complete a quote or comparison request form with Emergency Services Health at the 2024 ACPIC event during the promotional period.

Eligible entrants:
Limited to one entry per person. Entry is only open to Australian residents who are 18 years and over. Employees of Emergency Services Health are excluded from entering the competition.

Promotional period:
The start date for entry will be 8:00am (ACDT) on Thursday 12^th September 2024 and the closing date for entry will be 3:40pm (ACDT) on Friday 13^th September 2024.

Prize details:
One OPSM voucher to the value of $400 is available for the winning entrant.

The winner will be drawn at random at 3:45pm (ACDT) on Friday 13^th September 2024 and contacted by phone to be notified of when and where the prize can be collected.

If the winner cannot be contacted on Friday 13^th September at 3:45pm (ACDT), Emergency Services Health reserve the right to pick a replacement winner.

Disclaimers:
The entrant acknowledges and agrees that if the Prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, Emergency Services Health reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to State and Territory legislation.

Emergency Services Health reserves the right to conduct a redraw in the event that an entrant claiming to be the winner or qualifier, is unable to satisfy the terms or has breached the terms.

Emergency Services Health has no responsibility to accept late, lost or misdirected entries.

Nothing in the terms limit, exclude, or modify or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia.
